This elderly gent is a permanent fixture at the Meherangarh Fort in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He can be found smoking his hookah and posing for pics. In fact he is pretty famous, so much so that he has a photo group dedicated to him on Flickr.
I however, love this pic for its sharpness - the way each line on his face, each hair in his lush beard stands. And the twinkle in his eye is the icing on the cake.

My first tiger - need I say more?

I also spent an amazing night under the stars in the open desert. When morning broke, I found these lovely little beetle footprints inches from my nose.

This pic marked the beginning of the end of my past avatar as a salaried nobody. It also marked the culmination of four wonderful years as part of the team responsible for Delhi's new airport. However, the challenge of executing this pic in the most awful weather conditions was what made this pic special indeed.

Bombay's Victoria Terminus is one of my favourite buildings in the whole wide world. When the pic turned out like this, I believed I had finally done justice to the grandeur of this edifice.

I am really proud of the way these two images turned out, considering the fact that I had hardly ever tried HDR photography before.

You have no idea how jealous I am - of you quitting your job to do what you wanted to! :)
These are all awesome, by the way - and I lo-o-o-ove the last one! :)
Amazing. VT and the last one from Hampi are my favs.
the VT pic has turned out to be really awesome..also the orange -green and white blur at the bottom adds to the "indianness" of the whole scene.very nicely done.
