Hari Sadu or Hari Om?

I'm sure most of you would have seen the popular ads on TV by Naukri.com... the Hari Sadu series. In case you haven't then here they are

And then I get a mail from them - the Naukri - WSJ newsletter and an article in the newsletter says the following

Looks like a classic case of 'Mooh mein Ram Ram, Bagal mein Chhuri' (Preaching on one hand, bitching on the other) to me.
